Permits & Contractor Registration

• Zoning permits are issued for both residential and commercial properties in the City.
• Building permits are only issued for residential properties in the City. If the property is commercial, please contact the Stark County Building Department at (330) 451-1770 for building permit information.
• For all plumbing permits and inspections, please contact the Stark County Health Department at (330) 493-9904.
• Please contact (330) 875-3321 Ext. 205 to schedule an inspection.

Contractors are required to register with the City prior to permits being issued. See below for the registration application and the list of contractors who are already registered.
