Ordinances
The City of Louisville is a Council-Manager Government. All powers of the City of Louisville shall be vested in an elective City Council, subject only to limitations imposed by the State of Ohio constitution and by the City of Louisville Charter itself. The City Council shall enact local legislation, adopt budgets, determine policies, and appoint the City Manager, who shall execute the laws and administer the government of the City.
