City Recycling
  • New for 2024! The yard waste site, located at 4915 N Nickelplate St, now requires City of Louisville and Nimishillen Township residents to purchase a $25.00 key card to access the site on an annual basis. Here are the Rules & Regulations and Terms & Conditions.
  • Yard waste such as grass clippings, leaves and branches will be accepted. PLASTIC BAGS, TREATED WOOD AND BUSINESS YARD WASTE ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.
  • Residents interested in recycling paper or cardboard products, metal, glass and/or plastics can utilize the drop off center located on North Chapel St in Louisville near the railroad tracks.

Louisville Gas Aggregation
Constellation Energy Services is the City of Louisville's Natural Gas Aggregation provider. The program has been locked in for 36 months beginning in December 2021 and will run through the November 2024 billing cycle.                   
  • The fixed rate of $3.92 per Mcf will be effective until November 2024.

Louisville Electric Aggregation
The City of Louisville has entered into an opt-out electric aggregation program with Energy Harbor for the term of June 2023 (July 2023 bill) to June 2025 at 6.57 cents/kWh ($.0657/kWh).
