Louisville City Council and the State of Ohio have certified the City of Louisville as a Community Reinvestment Area.
For business owners, this certification allows the City to offer economic development
incentives for projects that lead to job creation and investment.
This certification also creates incentives to improve residential properties by encouraging redevelopment.
